Board of Directors
The Board is made up of the Founding Directors of the Company. These are the three young and experienced hospitality professionals are committed apostles of transformation of the Nigerian Hospitality Industry to International Standard.

Members of the Board are:

Mr. Olowoporoku, an MBA and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) is the Director of Finance and Administration of HSSL Global Ltd.

His early professional stint was with the UBA Nigeria PLC. and Union Bank Nigeria PLC. Both in Lagos. He later joined the services of Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Lagos in 1985 as Accounts Manager. Here he distinguished himself at different managerial positions in the Accounts & Control Department of the Prestigious Hotel. His diligence and professionalism led to his being seconded to the Sheraton Overseas Management Corporation in 1989 where he was awarded with the Certificate of Outstanding Services by Sheraton Corporations in 1990.

As the Director of Finance and Administration of HSSL Global Ltd., Mr. Olowoporoku is responsible for the formulation and supervision of the broad policy framework for the Company and the hotels under our management as it relates to the Finance, Accounting, Administration and Information Technology.  
Mr. Oladipo Efunkoya is the Director of Rooms and Engineering Services of the Company. He is responsible for the formulation and supervision of the broad policy framework in the Rooms and Engineering Division of the Company and all the Hotels under our Management.

Efunkoya garnered his cognate experience from a number of 5-star Hotels including Caravel Hotel, Hotel Mediterranean, Greece. His high level technical competence, sterling interpersonal qualities and knowledge of the Industry qualified him for managerial job at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Lagos as a member of the pioneer team. To cap his stint, he was given a Letter of Commendation and a certificate of Outstanding Performance from the President/CEO of the Sheraton Overseas Corporations, Boston, USA.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD).
Mr. Oladele Coker, a graduate of Hotel & Catering Management from Berkshire, England, is the Director of Food & Beverage Operations of HSSL Global Ltd. He is a seasoned professional and active member of the Hotel, Catering & International Management (HCIMA) and the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD).

On completion of his Academic pursuits and professional trainings, Coker worked with a number of star rated hotels in the United Kingdom including Carlton Hotel, Royal Bath Hotel, and Cumberland Hotel. His professionalism and wealth of experience earned him a managerial appointment in the Food & Beverage Operations Division of Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Lagos.

Towards the end of his stint with Sheraton Hotel, Coker was officially recognized by the President/CEO of Sheraton Corporations, Boston and was awarded a Certificate of Outstanding Performance by the Corporation.
